Do you have a one-time, urgent care need or do you want to establish service with Acute Care OnCall as a new patient.

One time appointments are available for a fee

Appointments are not a guarantee of a treatment plan or medication therapy. 

Patients must be residents of Tennessee, Virginia, or Connecticut.

Non-membership Services require payment at the time of booking.

Appointments that are not kept or rescheduled prior to the scheduled start time will be billed and no refunds or credits offered. We ask simply that if you need to reschedule, please do so within 4 hours of the appointment time.

We do not believe that access to quality healthcare is a privilege, so for our friends who do not have traditional insurance, we offer an affordable Membership plan. 

The plan is available to be billed monthly or annually (with a discount provided). 

There are many details and legal requirements for the plan, which may be found here, but the highlights include: 

• Telehealth visits as needed throughout the year (you must have a credit card on file with your account paid if you choose monthly billing)
• Dedicated patient portal to request refills, ask questions, and develop a real relationship with your provider
